Laurent Le Moal is vice president and general manager of PayPal in the CEMEA region. Laurent is a graduate from HEC in Paris and received an MBA from London Business School. He began his career as consultant at McKinsey before creating and managing Talent Manager a London based HR Services company. Laurent joined PayPal in 2004 as head of business development for the UK. In 2006, he moved to France to lead growth of PayPal’s merchant services activities, and became general manager of PayPal France in 2008. Since October 2010, Laurent is Vice President and General Manager of PayPal in Continental Europe Middle East and Africa.
